The continuous regulatory realignments in business crisis management and insolvency require sector professionals to engage in ongoing training and open dialogue on emerging practices. In this context comes the 5th Edition of the Annual Conference of the UGDCEC (Union of Young Certified Public Accountants and Tax Advisors) of Turin, organized in collaboration with YES4TO and sponsored by the local ODCEC, which promises to be one of the most prominent events on the 2026 national training calendar. With this event, Gobid Group launches a valuable synergy with the Piedmontese association UGDCEC, participating as an official sponsor.

The conference will take place on Friday, October 9 at the “Suffolk” Estate in Roletto (Turin), featuring an exceptional lineup of speakers including magistrates, university professors, and sector specialists.

Key topics of debate:
Prevention, Organizational Frameworks, and Agreed Solutions

The program focuses on the practical application of the legal tools defined by the Corporate Crisis Code, offering high-value technical insights for daily professional practice.

Following attendee registration and institutional introductions, the morning session on October 9 will delve into two fundamental areas:

  • Organizational frameworks, control systems, and governance in crisis prevention and management: A targeted examination of adopting adequate organizational structures and management models capable of detecting signs of imbalance early and preserving business continuity.
  • Negotiated settlement procedure between business transfer and potential scenarios: An operational analysis focused on business transfer methodologies and the practical outcomes of the restructuring process, covering operational profiles and application solutions.

The afternoon session, opened by a presentation from Dr. Roberto Frascinelli, will shift focus to:

  • Negotiated Settlement, Simplified Composition with Creditors, and Tax Settlement: An in-depth examination regarding new guidance trends, the management of tax and social security contribution positions, and new practical solutions established in the courts.

The initiative is coordinated by Dr. Giuseppe Buonocore (YES4TO) and Dr. Filippo Canale (Certified Public Accountant in Turin), together with Dr. Elena Vaudano (Scientific Committee of the UNGDCEC Study Center Foundation), with the active participation of members from the Bankruptcy Divisions of the Courts of Turin, Asti, and Ivrea, as well as representatives from academia.
