Debt Restructuring Agreements: Gobid Group Supports Professionals at the Assisi Conference

Perspectives Between the Crisis Code and EU Law:
The Central Theme of the Event on October 23 and 24

A new chapter is added to the ongoing journey of knowledge-sharing and support that Gobid Group has always dedicated to legal and crisis management professionals. On October 23 and 24, 2026, the Group will participate as an official sponsor at the Assisi conference, hosted at the Colle del Paradiso Conference Center. This presence underlines the Group’s desire to actively engage in high-level technical forums and strengthen strategic dialogue with the judiciary and local professionals.

At the center of the debate, titled “Debt Restructuring Agreements: Perspectives Between the Crisis Code and EU Law”—promoted by the Perusia Center for Commercial Law Studies and the Observatory on Corporate Crises (OCI)—the meeting benefits from the patronage of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (CNDCEC), the Bar Association, and the ODCEC of the Province of Perugia, as well as the University of Perugia.

A High-Value Scientific Program:
Between Regulatory Reflections and Application Practices

The two-day conference will feature a prestigious lineup of speakers, including authoritative figures from the judiciary, academia, and private practice.

Gobid Group in Assisi:
Between Direct Dialogue and Cutting-Edge Solutions

Gobid Group’s participation in the Assisi conference reflects its clear intent to be present and foster top-tier debate where legal and economic practice takes shape. In a dynamic and continuously changing regulatory environment, participating in high-profile study tables is an essential step for the Group: it enables the timely absorption of scholarly opinions and case law developments to translate them into highly effective operational tools.

A Deep Connection with the Umbrian Region:
Major Proceedings and Strategic Enhancement

The presence in Assisi reaffirms Gobid Group’s strong roots in the Umbria region, an area where the Group operates continuously and successfully alongside judicial bodies—such as the Courts of Perugia and Terni—in managing and maximizing large assets.

Demonstrating the scale of the proceedings entrusted to the Group in the region are two top-tier operations in terms of economic value and asset complexity:

  1. The Historic Distillery of Ponte Valleceppi (Perugia) – (Court of Perugia): The business transfer involves a complex operation encompassing the entire industrial facility dedicated to spirit production. It is a high-strategic-value industrial platform characterized by an integrated production model for spirits and distillates, prepared for bioenergy development.
  2. The Share Package of Stadium S.p.A. in Terni – (Court of Terni): A high-potential legal and corporate asset package. This involves the 100% sale of Stadium S.p.A. and ownership of the pending legal action for nullity/revocation regarding the transfer, by Ternana Calcio S.r.l. to “Ternana Women,” of the women’s sector business unit, including the medical complex land. Last July, the Group was also tasked with the sale of the Ternana Calcio trademark and the club’s movable assets, which concluded successfully on the first attempt.

Entrusting operations of such relevance confirms Gobid Group’s operational solidity and the constant trust placed in it by judicial bodies. Managing complex regional assets allows the Group to consolidate its expertise, positioning itself alongside insolvency practitioners, liquidators, and trustees as a reliable technical partner for maximizing assets from insolvency proceedings.
