Exploring the connections between credit, business, and responsibility: this is the goal of the S.I.S.CO. – Italian Society for Insolvency Studies Conference, scheduled for November 7–8, 2025, at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci in Cesenatico, where Gobid Group will participate as the main sponsor.
Two days of advanced training focused on the theme “Abusive Credit Granting, Public Guarantees, and Creditworthiness Assessment in Corporate Crisis,” featuring magistrates, academics, and legal and economic professionals.
The event is confirmed as one of the most authoritative in the national legal landscape, in line with the mission of S.I.S.CO., which has always been committed to disseminating and deepening knowledge in the field of insolvency law.
The Conference is held in collaboration with the Bar Association of Forlì-Cesena and the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Forlì.
For the first time, Gobid Group will be joined by RYB, Revolution Yachts Brokers—its network partner in the nautical sector—testifying to the valuable synergy between legal, economic, and industry-specific expertise that defines the Group’s activities.
