Activities

  • Develop and implement planning strategies to achieve business goals, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the growth of the gobid.it and gobidreal.it marketplaces
  • Manage and optimize auction calendars, ensuring maximum visibility and participation
  • Collaborate with various business areas, marketing, and IT, to ensure that plans are integrated and aligned with business strategies
  • Monitor progress towards business goals, analyzing auction performance data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present reports to management and build models that help predict future trends, sales performance, and other relevant phenomena

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in a planning or operational management role in a business environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competence in the use of planning and data analysis software and with a strong passion for turning data into strategic insights
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
