Join Us in Verona on Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31 for the Second Edition of the Conference “The Business Crisis and Insolvency Code”
Organized by ANF – the National Forensic Association, the event is a key moment for professionals working in the field of negotiated settlements and judicial liquidation. A nationally significant gathering, the conference will be held in the prestigious setting of the Capitolare Library in Verona’s Piazza Duomo, with Gobid Group attending as a sponsor to reinforce its leading role in the sector.
A Strong Presence at the Heart of Legal Discourse
For Gobid Group, attending this conference means being present where operational guidelines for receivers, lawyers, accountants, and judges are defined and updated. It is an important opportunity to promote institutional dialogue, foster constructive engagement with the judiciary, and strengthen the network of professional relationships that forms the core of our ecosystem. Through our active participation, we reaffirm Gobid Group’s commitment to continuous training and to providing operational support to professionals who face the challenges of business crises every day.
From Negotiated Settlements to Bank Claims
The Friday, May 30 sessions will be divided into two high-level panels. The first part of the morning will be dedicated to exploring the potential of negotiated settlements, with insights from some of the most respected judges and academics in the field. This will be followed by a discussion on the critical aspects of crisis resolution tools, featuring contributions from the Court of Cassation and academia, offering an integrated view between legal doctrine and jurisprudence.
In the afternoon, participants will examine the most recent regulatory developments in judicial liquidation and over-indebtedness, with practical insights and operational interpretations useful for professionals’ daily work.
On Saturday, May 31, the conference will host a single morning session focused on core themes in the practical management of insolvency proceedings: business leases and transfers from both legal and practical perspectives, tax credits and how they are managed in such proceedings, and bank claims, including their role in arrangements with creditors and liquidation processes.
