Today, Friday, December 12th, 2025, Gobid Group will participate as a sponsor in the conference “Business Crisis: Dialogues on the Role of Professionals, Judges, and Supervisory Bodies”, organized by the Ancona Bar Association – Business Crisis Commission, and hosted at the Confindustria Ancona Conference Hall, located on Via R. Bianchi.
A high-profile event that brings together judges, academics, and crisis management experts, with the goal of analyzing regulatory developments and the responsibilities of the actors involved in restructuring and liquidation processes.
The conference program includes two in-depth roundtable discussions led by nationally renowned professionals.
The first session, starting at 2:30 p.m., will focus on the topic – “The Professional Choice of the Most Suitable Path for Crisis Resolution and the Role of the Judge” – and will feature contributions from scholars and experts such as Prof. Avv. Antonio Rossi, Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Bologna; Dr. Luca Mandrioli, Adjunct Professor of Crisis Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia; and Dr. Maria Letizia Mantovani, Judge of the Second Civil Section of the Court of Ancona. The session will be moderated by Lawyer Paolo Bortuzzi from Ancona.
The second part of the event will be dedicated to a particularly central topic in light of the new regulatory framework: “The Role of Statutory Auditors in Crisis Situations in Light of the Reforms”, with contributions from Prof. Lorenzo Benedetti, Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Pisa, and Dr. Gabriella Pompetti, Judge of the Second Civil Section of the Court of Ancona. The discussion will be coordinated by Lawyer Simone Mengarelli from Ancona.
Expertise and Professionalism in Supporto of Proceedings: The Active Role of Gobid Group
Gobid Group’s participation in the conference reaffirms our commitment to being an active part of the main professional development events focused on business crisis management.
We consistently support bankruptcy trustees, court-appointed liquidators, professionals delegated to asset sales, and public administrations, providing comprehensive assistance in the enhancement, management, and marketing of assets.
Our presence in Ancona is therefore part of an ongoing dialogue with the professional community: an opportunity to share experiences, listen to operational needs, and present tools and methodologies that can accelerate and enhance the effectiveness of liquidation processes.

A Valuable Invitation to Dialogue and Exchange
The new regulatory framework – from the Business Crisis Code to the subsequent reforms – calls for up-to-date expertise and increasingly structured management processes. The choice of the most suitable resolution path, the relationship between professionals and judges, and the role of supervisory bodies are all elements that directly impact the asset disposal and sale phase.
This is why we consider it essential to be present wherever the future of business crisis management is being discussed. It is from these opportunities for exchange that best practices emerge, more effective operational solutions are developed, and greater synergy among the involved stakeholders is fostered.
The Ancona conference is not only a training event but also a space for building relationships.
We are available to professionals interested in exploring topics related to the management of judicial sales, asset promotion strategies, digital tools, and innovative solutions we offer to ensure maximum transparency, efficiency, and visibility for the Proceedings.
