How to Turn a Challenging Asset into an Opportunity: The Case of the Industrial Property in Rome

This particular auction sparked a highly dynamic bidding war, with as many as 50 bids that led to a +120% increase over the starting price of the auction experiment. It was a tightly contested sale, made possible by a carefully structured auction process.

The combination of an effective promotional strategy and the potential offered by the property’s location generated growing interest, culminating in the sale to a business entity operating in the manufacturing sector.
