On Saturday, May 31, the conference will host a single morning session focused on core themes in the practical management of insolvency proceedings: business leases and transfers from both legal and practical perspectives, tax credits and how they are managed in such proceedings, and bank claims, including their role in arrangements with creditors and liquidation processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
